On the foundation of gathering lots of geological,hydrological, meteorological and forestry data, on the state of Min River, the article detailed analyses the cause of flood in Min River and the state of forest vegetation, inquires into the protective measure of living things in the source area of Min River, has active function on preventing the flood in Min River.
