摘要
论述了我国加入 WTO世贸组织后 ,必须充分认识知识产权的重要性 ,找出存在问题 ,提出加强专利技术转化的战略措施。
Holding the opportunity of joining WTO,we should not only totally be aware of the importance of existing intellectual property present situation,but also find out the weakness in development and puts forward strategic measurement for the transformation of the patent technology.
