摘要
本文着重介绍了ZD107型牵引电动机的主要技术参数和结构特点,阐明了半叠片机座、具有两个减轻孔的新型换向器、电枢H级配套绝缘材料、1150二苯醚无溶剂漆以及定子绕组白胚定装真空压力整体浸渍等一系列改善电机性能的措施,最后指出该型电机刷架系统随动性和刷杆耐湿热性能需作进一步改进。
Type ZD107 traction motor is discussed in respect of main technical parameters and structure features.A series of approaches aiming at improving motor performances are listed.They are: half-lamination frame, new commutator with two lightening holes, a set of class H insulating materials for the armature, 1150 diphenyl ether solvent-free lacquer and vacuum pressure impregnation of the whole stator set without pre-preg of the stator windings.The author also suggests that further improvements be necessary in achieving better following performance of the brush holder and damp-heat resistant capacity of its arm.
