摘要
本文就GTO应用中的主要技术——门极电路作了较为深入的分析和研究。对影响门极关断能力的几种因素及如何提高门极电路的关断能力,改善其性能,增加其保护功能进行了探讨。
Thorough analysis and study have been made upon the gate circuit as a main technique in CTO applications.The authors disenss in this paper several aspects regarding the gate-turn-off capacity, i.e.factors improving the capacity, Ways to improve its performances as well as addition of protection functions.
