A Study of the Files Quality-Control Model in Colleges and Universities

ISO9000系列是国际标准化组织颁布的质量管理标准,一经推出,就在全球范围内产生了深远的影响。高校档案管理部门想要求得进一步的发展,应该引入ISO9000质量管理思想,构建以利用者满意为导向、以全员参与为基础、以过程管理为方法、以持续改进为目标的新型的档案管理模式。

ISO 9000 series are quality-control standards promulgated by the ISO. As soon as they were put into effect,great influence could be seen the world over. In order to further promote the files work in colleges and universities the ISO quality-control idea must be introduced and a new-type file quality-control model must be constructed. To satisfy the users should be regarded as a guide,to make everybody participate in the process-control as a method and continuous-improvement as a goal.
