摘要
介绍了水力旋流器特点、应用前景及各种工况时现场试验配套工艺的设计过程、试验情况及应用效果。文中建立了以水力旋流器为核心处理设备的现场试验配套工艺体系。对比分析各种试验配套工艺方案及典型试验数据的结果,优选出合理的现场试验配套工艺。研究表明,动态水力旋流器流量及压力操作范围比静态水力旋流器更灵活、分离效率更高。
The characteristic and the applied progress are introduced on hydrocyclones, whose designing process and testing condition and applying effect of technologic structure are described in this paper. Having Constructed a complete technology of field test in which hydrocyclone is the key equipment, we have analyzed all kinds of results for its testing solutions and typical trial data, and optimized a rational testing technology process. It is indicated that dynamic hydrocyclone has better flexibility and efficiency than that of static one, and it has a higher separating efficiency.
