摘要
文章针对为海洋钻机配套的JJ450型井架的生产,提出了比较合理的生产工艺,解决了井架生产过程中下段的定位安装,井架体段与段的贴合度及井架体组装过程中变形的预防与修理,井架体与井架下段的装配验证等问题。
The paper establishes reasonable procedures for manufacturing the newtype mast to complete the offshore drilling rig and solves such problems as positioning and installing the bottom sections, fitting the sections concerned of the mast stem and preventing and handling the deformations occurring during the assembling of the mast stem,and also the verification of the assembly of the mast stem and its bottom sections.
