热采系统应用深度处理污水腐蚀性试验研究

摘要 为了保证热采系统应用污水的安全运行,进行了热采系统应用深度处理污水腐蚀性对比试验研究,通过挂片和实物对比试验,得出污水处理后的水质对热采锅炉及管网材料腐蚀类型和腐蚀原因,通过分析,掌握了热采系统管材应用污水后金相变化情况及腐蚀速率,找准了腐蚀机理,提出了防止腐蚀发生的有效方法。 Along with the increase of polluted brine from well fluid and the regulation of environment protection, a treating plant imported from US with capability of 15,000m3/d polluted brine was constructed in Le An Oil Field Corrosivity comparison of the feed water to the oncethrough boiler and the steam pipe, exposure tests of coupons and field tests were carried out. Based on the abovementioned studies, corrosion cause and the influence of the feed water on damaged type of the pipeline system are clarified, and the cou ntermeasures of corrosion prevention are provided as well.
