摘要
中共“十六大”政治报告提出“我们主张建立公正合理的国际政治经济新秩序”。它是维护全人类共同利益的需要 ,是改变国际政治、经济旧秩序 ,应对人类社会各种安全威胁的需要。建立和维护国际新秩序 ,各主权国家应恪守共同的行为规范 :政治上 ,相互尊重、共同协商 ;经济上 ,相互促进、共同发展 ;文化上 ,相互借鉴、共同繁荣 ;安全上 ,相互信任、共同维护 ;反对各种形式的霸权主义。
The report of the 16th CPC national congress points out that we always maintain to establish the rational and just international new order of politics and economy that is the necessity to safeguard the human common interest; the necessity to change the world old order in politics and economy; also the necessity against threats of human society.We should establish and safeguard the international new order and every sovereign country should follow the standards: to value and consult in politics with each other,to promote and develop in economy with each other, to learn and flourish in culture with each other, to trust and safeguard in safety with each other, also oppose against every form of hegemonies and strong power.
