摘要
介绍了ZC -70 0 0型中堆比催化裂化催化剂在广州石化催化 (Ⅰ )装置上的工业应用情况 ,结果表明 :ZC-70 0 0型中堆比催化剂具有重油裂化能力强 ,稳定性和流化性能好的特点 ,有利于提高液化气收率、汽油收率、总液收和转化率 ,完全适用于同类装置的生产需要。
Presents industrial application of moderate apparent bulk density catalyst ZC-7000 in FCC Unit(1) of Guangzhou Petrochemical Corp.. The results show that it has properties of high cracking activity, good stability and good fluidization property. It is propitious to increase the yields of LPG gasoline and total liquid recovery and the conversiorn. ZC-7000 catalyst can completely satisfy the requirements of the same kind of plants.
