摘要
通过对聚合物反应机理的分析 ,建立了聚合物数均分子量与端基滴定度之间的关系式 ,并进一步研究了高分子链上硫的来源。根据活化剂塔 pH值的选择 ,确定了工艺控制重点。
The relational expression between the polymer numerical average molecular weight and the end group titer is set up through analysis of the polymerization mechanism . Further , the source and contribution of sulphur on the macromolecule chain is studied . The selection of activator column pH value determined the focal point of technological control.
