在分析、研究传统生产成本考核方法和DCS系统特点的基础上 ,介绍了生产成本考核系统的开发与实现 ;叙述了该系统的系统结构、技术原理、功能及应用 ;重点阐述了生产过程数据的采集。

Through analysis and research of the traditional production cost assessment and the characteristic of DCS system,this paper introduces the development and implementation of the production cost assessment system.The configuration,technical principle,and the function and application of this system are specified. Emphasis is laid on the illustration of collecting production process data, the setup of intranet and the management server of production cost assessment.
