摘要
橡胶接技时应选择合适的弹性体和单体。当m(NR):m(SBR):m(CR)=100:(30~50):(8~12);m(MMA):m(BA):m(官能单体Ⅰ+官能单体Ⅱ)=100:(20~30):(8~12)时,较易接枝且接枝反应易于控制。接枝工艺条件应随橡胶配比的变化而变化。选定配方的工艺条件为:单体分2次投料,反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为2h。用萜烯树脂与少量低软化点的石油树脂以质量比100:(30~50)复配后作为增粘树脂具有较好的增粘效果;用A、B2种交联剂可获得较好的耐温、耐溶剂性。
The grafting of rubber should select suitable eladtomers andmonomers. When m(NR) :m(SBR) ;m (CR) =100:(30-50):(8-12) and m(MMA) :m(BA) :m(monomer Ⅰ+monomer Ⅱ) = 100: (20-30): (8 - 12) , the grafting reaction was easily achieved and controlled. The process conditions for grafting should be changed with variation of rubber compounding. The process conditions for the obtained formulation are as follows: addition of the monomer by two times, the temperature and the time of reaction are 80℃-85℃ and 2 h,respectively. When the terpene resin (TR) and the petroleum resin (PR) with low softening point were mixed by m(TR) :m (PR) = 100:(30 -50) ,the compounded mixture was used as the tackifying agent and its tackifying effect was good. Using two kinds of crosslinking agents( A and B)the good temperature -and solvent-resistance were obtained.
