摘要
目的:探讨磁处理中药抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法:采用高脂膳食喂养大鼠建立高脂血症模型,28天后测量血清中载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、低密度脂蛋白蛳胆固醇(LDL蛳c)的水平及体外对氧化LDL(ox蛳LDL)影响。结果:磁处理中药组ApoB、LDL蛳c水平与对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05),磁处理中药组ApoB与中药组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),且明显延长LDL的氧化时间。结论:磁处理中药抗动脉粥样硬化的作用优于单纯中药组。
Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine treated in magnetic field on atherosclerosis(AS).Method:The model of hyperlipemia rats were set up by feeding high cholesterol diet.The ApoB?LDL-c were tested and LDL was isolated from plasma consecutively.The continous monitoring of LDL oxidation by absorbance mea-surement was used to analyze the effect of Chinese medicine treated in magnetic field.Result:The levels of ApoB?LDL-c of experimental group was lower than that of contrast group(P<0.05)and the data of Chinese medicine treated in magnetic field group showed that the level of ApoB was significantly lower than that of pure Chinese medicine group.Moreover,it significantly extended the time of ox-L DL.Conclusion:The effect of Chinese medicine treated in magnetic field on AS is better than that of pure Chinese medicine.
