通过设计正交实验,寻求用硫酸二甲酯甲醚化对氨基水杨酸的最佳实验条件,发现反应物配比是影响甲醚化收率的最主要因素,在最佳条件下,收率由89％提高到94％。

The optimum condition of the methyl - etherification of p - Aminosalicylic Acid has been got from the orthogonal designby using Dimethylsulfate. It can be found that the ratio of reaction is the most important factor in this reaction. The product yield raised from 89% to 94% .
