摘要
用KF Al2 O3 作催化剂 ,在常压下由苯胺和溴乙烷合成N ,N 二乙基苯胺 ,研究了反应体系中各反应因素对产率的影响。其优化工艺条件为 :在DMF溶剂中 ,n(苯胺 )∶n(溴乙烷 ) =1∶2 .2 ,催化剂用量 5 % (占反应混合物 ) ,90℃常压反应 5h ,产率为 88.2 %。
N,N -diethyl aniline was synthesized by the reaction of aniline with bromoethane, in which KF-alumina was used as catalyst. Various reaction factors affecting the yield of N,N -diethyl aniline have been studied. The optimal reaction conditions were, aniline/bromoethane molar ratio 1∶2.2, w (catalyst)= 5% of reaction mixture, reaction temperatur 90 ℃, reaction time 5 h under normal atmosphere. The yield of N,N -diethyl aniline was 88.2%.
