摘要
以一种现场常用的PDC取心钻头为原型,充分考虑排屑槽和切削齿对于井底流动的影响,建立了与实际相接近的PDC取心钻头井底流场的物理模型。运用k-ε两方程模型,采用线性六面体等参单元对取心钻头井底流动空间进行划分,用有限元方法对井底流场进行了数值模拟研究。分析了排屑槽和切削齿对PDC取心钻头井底漫流的影响,为合理进行取心钻头的结构设计及水力设计提供了依据和校验方法。
The bottom hole flow physical model of a kind of PDC coring bits is established considering the effect of junk slot and teeth layout in this paper. The bottom hole space is divided by isoparameter tetrahedron element and bottom hole flow field is simulated by using two equation model with FEM. The effect of junk slot and teeth layout on bottom hole cross flow is analyzed. This paper presents reasonable foundations and checking methods to design hydraulic structure of coring bits.
