摘要
安参1井是合肥盆地第一口参数井,在钻井过程中易出现井斜、井壁掉块、扩径、起下钻阻卡严重等复杂情况,为此,采取简化钻具组合、调整钻井液性能、优选钻头类型,使井下复杂情况有所缓解,且提高了机械钻速,顺利钻至设计井深。
Ancan 1 Well is the first reference well in Hefei basin, such accidents as hole deviating, wall sloughing, hole enlarging and drill pipe sticking were encountered frequently during drilling. For avoiding the preceding problems, the following actions were taken:1)simplifying drill string composition,2)adjusting mud properties, 3)optimizing bit style. The drilling practice shows that these measures reduce down hole troubles and improve ROP.
