摘要
探讨了不饱和聚酯粘合剂的合成工艺改进 ,对一次投料法和二次投料法以及二元醇和酸酐的配比和产品性能进行了比较 ,认为二次投料法比一次投料优越。最佳配方为n(总酐 )∶n(总醇 ) =1∶1.1,n(苯酐 )∶n(顺酐 ) =1∶1.5 ,n(乙二醇 )∶n(丙二醇 ) =1∶1,也可用二乙二醇代替部分乙二醇。选用苯乙烯和丙烯酸混合作交联剂 ,粘合剂抗剪强度达改性前的 5倍。
The modification of unsaturated polyester adhesive was studied by comparison between one stage and two stage condensation polymerization method, ratio of diols and acid anhydrides and adhesive properties of the products.The optimum formulation was found that n (total anhydride)∶ n (total diol)=1∶1.1, n (phthalic anhydride)∶ n (maleate anhydride)=1∶1.5, n (ethylene glycol)∶ n (propyene glycol)=1∶1, and diethylene glycol could be used instead of partial ethylene glycol. When the mixture of acrylic acid and styrene was used as cross linker, the shearing strength of bonded Al is quintuple the styrene only.
