摘要
选择正己烷作为实现碳酸二甲酯与甲醇共沸物分离的恒沸剂。利用气液平衡实验装置测定了DMC CH3 OH ,DMC C6H14 ,CH3 OH C6H14 的二元气液平衡数据 ,采用EOS +γ法 ,运用C ++语言编程 ,用Wilson方程模拟推算了碳酸二甲酯 甲醇 正己烷三元体系常压下的气液平衡 ,为建立恒沸精馏分离碳酸二甲酯 甲醇共沸物提供了必要的气液平衡数据。
n -Hexane was chosed as the azeotrope forming agent to separate DMC and methanol mixture. Firstly the VLE data of DMC-CH_3OH, DMC-C_6H_ 14 and CH_3OH-C_6H_ 14 binary systems were obtained by experiments, and then the EOS+ γ method and C++ programming language and Wilson equation were used to calculate the VLE data of the trinary mixture in normal pressure. Thus the VLE data for designing azeotropic distillation apparatus with n -hexane as the azeotropic component to separate DMC and methanol were provided.
