摘要
统计分析表明,陕北富县探区频繁发生钻具失效的主要原因是钻具在井下承受的交变应力较大,从钻具优选、钻压和转速匹配、钻井液性能等方面优选了适合该地区安全钻进的钻具组合与工艺技术,从而减少了钻具失效事故的发生。以两口井为例,介绍了钻具失效事故的处理与预防,对今后钻井施工有一定的借鉴作用。
Statistics shows that larger alternate load exerting to drill strings is the main reason leading to drill string failure happened frequently in Fuxian exploration area in the north of Shanxi Province. Based on drill string optimization, WOB matching rotary speed and mud properties ,applicable drill string assembly and techniques was optimized safe drilling in this area. The treatments and precautions of drill string failure in two wells are presented in this paper, which can be referenced for later similar operations.
