摘要
以瓜叶菊的叶片、叶柄和芽为外植体进行组织培养试验 ,结果表明 ,在MS +6-BA 1mg/L培养基上 ,增殖效果好 ,不定芽分化率达 90 % ,增殖倍数达 6 1倍 ;在 1/2MS +IBA 1mg/L培养基上 ,诱导生根率达 90 % ;愈伤组织的诱导率较低 ,仅在MS +6-NAA 1mg/L培养基上可产生少量愈伤组织。
This paper studies on the Senecio crue nt usDC tissue cultured under different conditions. The results show tha t: when us ed suhergnlar bud or axillary bud as material, and cultivaled by MS+6-BA(1 0 mg/L) substrate, periodicity, when used young leaf as material, and cultivaled b y MS+6-BA(3 0 mg/L)+NAA(1 0 mg/L) substrate, it can derive wound callus t o form, but the derivation pcenutage is low. The best substrate to drive root is 1/2MS+IBA(1 0 mg/L)?
