摘要
本文论述了加工中心和数控机床的热效应现象,并从抑制主轴轴承的发热、进行机床结构的热态优化设计、采用新材料、实现热误差的在线识别和补偿控制等方面,阐述了热变形的新对策。最后介绍了“未来工厂”的环境温控模式。
in this article, the thermal effects in machining centers and CNC machine tools are expounded. The new counter measures for thermal deformations, including restraining the heat dissipated from spindle bearings, the optimal design of machine tool structures according to thermal conditions, application of new materials, and realizing the on-line identification and compensate control of thermal deformations are discussed. Finally, the mode of enviroment temperature control for the 'future factory' is introduced.
