摘要
通过对铝合金在含有稀土盐的硫酸电解液中进行阳极氧化所得到氧化膜性能的研究 ,发现加入硫酸铈比无稀土盐的厚度、硬度及耐蚀性均好 ,最佳含量为 0 .5 % ;硫酸铈和硫酸镧复合稀土盐比单一硫酸铈稀土盐好 ;研究同时发现 :氧化膜中没有发现稀土元素的存在 ,其只起催化作用。
Compared with the properties of Al alloy anodizing films obtained in three different H2SO4 electrolytes: containing rare earth salt, composite rare earth salts and free rare earth salts, the results show that the thickness and corrosion resistance of the anodizing film in H2SO4 electrolytes containing rare earth salts are better than that in free rare earth salt electrolytes, its optimum percent is 0.5%; composite rare earth salts are better than single salt. But no rare earth exists in the anodizing films.
