摘要
利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了咖啡因晶体的熔点,得到其熔点值为238.35℃,与文献值相差1～3℃,效果良好。
The melting point of caffeine was measured by DSC method with the result of temperature of 238.35℃. There is only 1-3℃ difference. It is satisfactory. The melting entropy of caffeine is 238.35℃.
