摘要
理论分析表明,带采样/保持(S/H)的采样系统的输入信号最高频率fmax不仅受限于尼奎斯特采样定理,还受限于S/H的孔径时间tAP或孔径抖动时间tAJ。为了减小S/H的捕捉时间tAC和跌落变化率(drooprate),提出了一种新结构S/H电路,该电路获得了高达40ns的孔径时间和10ns的孔径抖动时间。
A theoretic analysis in this paper shows that the maximum frequency of the input signal to a sampling system with S/H (SampleandHold) amplifier is restricted not only by the Nyquist sampling theorem, but also by aperture time, tAP,and/or aperture jitter time, tAJ, of the S/H amplifier In order to decrease the acquisition time, tAC, and droop rate of the S/H amplifier, a new structure of S/H circuit is proposed, which is capable of achieving a tAC of 40 ns and a tAP of 10 ns
