摘要
UVB防晒剂对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯(OctylMethoxycinnamate,OMC)在有水体系中经光照会发生降解。在乙醇-水混合溶液中,OMC的日光照每d降解率可达38%,在防晒霜类的乳状液中也有相当的光降解。OMC光降解后形成较小分子,使吸收波长向短波方向移动,影响OMC在UVB波段的吸收而降低其防晒性能。经紫外分析研究,某些黄酮类化合物可抑制OMC的光降解,其中抑制效果最好的是柚皮素,在乙醇水溶液中的最大降解抑制率约为50%。
Octyl methoxycinnamate(OMC)is as UVB sun-screening agent,which will photodegradate under the light.In water-alcohol solution system,the rate of its photodegradation is 38 % per day under normal sunlight,similar as in the sunscreening creams.OMC could be photodegraded into a smaller molecules.Its maximum absorptive wavelength moves to shorter direction and the UVB sun-screening function declines.Some flavonoides can inhibit OMCs spotodegradation,the inhibiting function of naringenin is the best among them.The naringenins maximum inhibition on OMCs photodegradation is 50 % in water-alcohol solution system.
