摘要
以4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮和环氧氯丙烷为原料,在碱的催化作用下合成了一种新型环氧树脂。探索出环氧树脂的制备方法及其主要影响因素,通过红外光谱和核磁共振谱证实了其结构,并测定了其环氧值,从而计算出了其数均相对分子质量,最后测定了该树脂与低相对分子质量聚酰胺固化产物的玻璃化转变温度和5%热失重。
A novel epoxy resin containing phthalazinone moieties was prepared from 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-phthalazinone (DHPZ) and epichlorohydrin using NaOH as catalyst.Major factors which had great influence upon epoxy resin,such as mole ratios of monomer,catalyst,quantity and concentration of the catalyst,reac tion time and temperature,were studied in detail.Structure of the epoxy resin was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR spectra.One of the most important ind exes -epoxy value- was measured.Relative number average molecular mass was calculat ed.Property of cured resin was measured by DSC and TG.
