摘要
本文运用弹性力学、机械设计及摩擦磨损理论,对影响精密机床村套孔与轴实际间隙以及衬套孔一轴摩擦副(简称衬套摩擦副)运转寿命的主要因素进行了系统的分析及研究,提出一组修正树套孔直径及估算衬套摩擦副运转寿命的计算公式。
In this article, the theories in elasticity mechanics, machine design and tribology are applied to the systematic analysis and research of the main factors influencing the actual clearancee between bushings and shafts in precision machine tools and the life of bushing friction pairs (i. e.the friction pair between bushing hole and shaft), and a set of formulas for calculating the revised diameter of bushing hole, and evaluating the life of bushing friction pairs are put forward.
