摘要
对2000年第四期《起重运输机械》中题为“减速齿轮传动中主动轮齿根弯曲疲劳的计算”一文所导出的主动轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度计算方程组,进行一系列的展开计算后,通过计算机编程绘制出摩擦因子图谱.利用该图谱,不必进行繁琐的公式计算便可直接查出齿间摩擦对主动轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度的影响.
By means of computer programming, the authors calculate the group of equations for determining fatigue stress on the tooth root of the driving gear derived in the thesis 揅alculation of Bending Fatigue Stress on the Driving Gear Tooth Root of A Reduction Gear? published in the journal of Hoisting and Conveying Machinery issued in Apr. 2000, and work out a diagram of friction-effect factors. By using the diagram, the effect of friction between teeth on tooth root bending stress of the driving gear can be directly found without complex formula calculation.
