本文介绍了用ＰＣ改造四米龙门刨床工作台的自动循环，点动前进和点动后退，自动进刀和退刀等功能的交流控制系统。龙门刨床工作台具有往复运动，频繁换向的工作状态，这就要求ＰＣ具有较高的抗干扰能力和Ｌ作可靠性。把 ＰＣ用于龙门刨床，目前在国内尚不多见，今后在旧机床电气技术改造和控制系统设计中采用ＰＣ将具有更广泛的前景。

The AC control system of the 4m planer is retrofitted with PC for table automatic cycle, jogging forward and jogging backward, automatic feed and withdraw. The table of planer has the working condition of reciprocating motion and frequent changing directions, so that the PC must have higher interference immunity and reliability. The use of PC in planner now .is rare ill China, but in the future, it will have promise prospect in rebuilding electric systems of used machine tools and in designing new control systems.
