摘要
主要研究了Cd、Cr(Ⅵ)单一及其复合污染对鲫鱼脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的影响。研究结果表明,随Cd、Cr(Ⅵ)胁迫浓度的增加以及染毒时间的延长,鲫鱼脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶活性下降;Cd、Cr(Ⅵ)复合污染的效应明显大于单一污染的效应。在离体情况下,Cd对鲫鱼脑的AChE活性有直接影响,而Cr(Ⅵ)对鲫鱼脑的AChE活性无直接影响。
The effects of Cd, Cr(Ⅵ ) single and combined pollution on brain acetycholinesterase activity in Carassius auratus were investigated. The results showed that with increase of stress concentration of Cd? Cr(Ⅵ ) and exposure time prolonging, the acetycholinesterase activity decreased. At the same time, the effects of combined pollution exhibited heavier than that of single pollution did clearly. In vitro, Cd directly inhibited the acetycholinesterase activity, but Cr(Ⅵ ) had no direct influence.
