加入WTO对我国政府社会体育政策的影响

The Effect on the Social P.E. & Sport Policy of Chinese Government after Becoming WTO Member

加入WTO ,政府行为将进一步规范化和法规化 ,体育即将明确为社会体育和产业体育。目前及将来一段时间 ,政府的体育主管部门应当依照宪法和体育法进行决策 ,加强社会体育的投资和规划 ,给国民提供好而多的运动和娱乐场所 ;同时也要依照WTO的有关原则大力规范体育产业政策 ,促使我国体育事业健康发展。

After becoming the member of WTO,the government must make its behavior more normalization and follow the legislations to do its job.The management of P.E. and sport will be devided into social and estate P.E. and sport parts.At the present and in the nearest future the P.E. and sport department of government will give its decisions and policies based on the constitution and the sport law, and strengthen investment & planning in social P.E. and sport.The government must offer many great sport and recreation places for national people, at the same time the government spent a lot of money in estate of P.E. and sport following Chinese law.If the officer do like this,it will make the national program of P.E. and sports to be developed rapidly.
