摘要
本文研究证明,超精密切削时,天然单晶金刚石刀具的刀刃锋锐度,对加工表面粗糙度有一定影响,对加工表面层的冷硬、晶格组织位错和残留应力等有很大影响。在对加工表面质量要求很高时,必须重视提高金刚石车刀刀刃的锋锐度。
As proved by the research carried out in this article, during super precision machining, the sharpness of cutting edge on natural single crystal diamond cutting tool has definite influence on the surface roughness of machined surface and great influence on the cold hardened lattice structural stagger and residual stress. When strict demand for surface quality is required, much attention must be paid to improving sharpness of cutting edge of diamond turning tools.
