The Effect of Exercise on Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 采用文献资料法 ,综述了近年来国内外运动治疗糖尿病的研究进展。研究表明 :运动通过多方面机制增强受体对胰岛素的敏感性 ,减轻胰岛素抵抗 ,降低血糖 ,有效地预防糖尿病并发症的发生 ,并提供了目前进行糖尿病运动治疗的方法。目的在于论述运动对 2型糖尿病的影响 ,为糖尿病人运动治疗提供参考。 Achievements and advances of research on the exercise treatment on type 2 diabetes home and abroad recently were summarized by documentation.Results:exercise treatment could increase insulin sensibitity,relieve insulin resistance,decrease blood sugar,and prevent diabetic complication by several mechanisms.This article also provided the mode of exercise when taking exercise treatment.The purpose was to discuss the effect of exercise treatment on type 2 diabetes,and provide a reference when taking exercise treatment.
