摘要
跳跃运动员的力量训练应按照基础力量、最大力量、速度力量、 (转变为专项爆发力和专项力量 )、力量的发挥和结束等五个阶段进行。局部力量的发展必须为整体力量的提高服务。
There were five phase of strength training,which were improving basic strength,maximal strength,keeping strength, transiting to special strength, giving into play and decreasing.The ways of strength training were given out.
