对九运会田径裁判员队伍现状的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Referees' Status of Track and Field in the 9 th National Games

随着各省市和地区运动员的技术水平的不断提高和发展 ,比赛日益激烈 ,先进的科学技术及仪器设备已运用到竞赛中 ,这对裁判员工作提出了更新、更高的要求。通过对九运会田径裁判员队伍的现状进行调查研究 ,为我国田径裁判员队伍的培养、建设和管理制度的完善等方面提供参考。

With the increasing development of athletes' performance,and using of the advanced scientific technology and apparatus in the games, the umpires of track and field were more demanded than before.By analysing the status of the umpires of the 9 th National Games,the author will give some references for cultivation umpires and consummating the system of administrating umpires.
