摘要
针对高含蜡柴油油品的降冷滤点 (CFPP)难、对一般低温流动改进剂感受性差等特点 ,在分析油品正构烷烃含量及其分布的基础上 ,从分子结构与性能之间的关系进行分子设计 ,研制出一种蜡晶成核型和另一种具有三元交替共聚结构的蜡晶抑制型的低温流动改进剂。实验结果表明 ,蜡晶成核型剂对轻质油品能够起到辅助降冷滤点作用 ,蜡晶抑制型剂能够十分有效地提高几种高含蜡 0 # 柴油的低温使用性能 。
It was very difficult to decrease the cold filter plugging point (CFPP)of some diesel oils containing more paraffin wax, and its sensitivity to ordinary pour point depressants for improving its flow characteristics was also poor. A new wax crystal nucleation type and another wax crystal inhibiting type of low temperature flow improver with ternary alternative polymerized structure were designed and prepared based on the analysis of its carbon content and the distribution of n-paraffins in diesel oils, considering molecular structure-properties correlation. The results showed that this type of nucleation inhibitor could low the CFPP of several 0# diesel oils with more content of wax, which showed poor sensitivity to some excellent domestic as well as foreign low temperature flow improvers.
