摘要
中国的房地产市场起步较晚,但发展较为迅速,因市场规范不完备,以至房地产商良莠不齐,各种问题接踵而至,急需完备的操作性强的法律对其规范。作者对房地产业的现状进行剖析,对存在的问题提出建设性意见。
Although the real estate market of china started to go forward quite late , its development is very rapid , but because of its imperfect market situation there are bad as well as good estate agents and one problem comes after another , so it is very urgent to construct a complete operative law. This article analysed the situation of the house property and put forward some constructive suggestions .
