摘要
本文提出并界定了中外合资企业合作匹配度的概念,建立了合作匹配度的计算模型与合资决策模型,分析了合资协议达成的理想匹配条件。
This papers main theme is to puts forward the definition andconcept of Sino-foreign Joint Ventures Cooperative Compatibility;establishment of a Cooperative Compatibility Assessment Model,followed by a Joint Investment Decision-making Model and analysis ofthe ideal conditions for the conclusion of cooperative contracts.
