江西地区人群第3磨牙融合根根管系统形态学研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :了解第 3磨牙融合根根管系统的形态结构。方法 :采用透明标本法对来源于江西地区人群的 81例第 3磨牙融合根的根管系统进行观察。结果 :(1 )第 3磨牙根变异较多 ,常呈融合根 ,以单根融合最多 ;(2 )第 3磨牙融合根的根管以多口、多孔类多见 ,其中上颌占69.8% ,下颌占 39.5% ;(3) C形根管在下颌第 3磨牙发生率为 2 1 .1 % ,而在上颌第 3磨牙无 C形根管发生。结论 :第 3磨牙融合根根管系统复杂 ,多口。 Objective:To observe the morphology of the root canal system of the third molar's fused root.Methods:Eighty one fused roots of the third molars in Jiangxi province's population were studied by transparent specimen method.Results:The third molars' roots were variable,and generally presented fused roots.The incidences of root canals with multiple openings and foramina in maxillary and mandibular third molars' fused root were 69.8% and 39.5%,respectively;the occurrence rates of C shape root canals in maxillary and mandibular third molars' fused roots were,however,0 and 21.1%,respectively.Conclusion:The root canal system of the third molar's fused root is very complex,and has a higher incidence of root canals with multiple openings and foramina.
