丹参酮ⅡA对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织形成的影响

Effect of tanshinone ⅡA on hypertrophic scars of rabbit ears

目的 :观察丹参酮 A对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响。方法 :采用兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型 ,2 1 d时在瘢痕局部注射不同浓度的丹参酮 A或生理盐水 (对照 ) ,2 8d时观察药物对瘢痕增生指数 (HI)的影响及组织学变化情况。结果 :瘢痕增生指数 (HI)与药物浓度呈负相关 ,丹参酮 A有抑制成纤维细胞增殖和降低胶原纤维含量的作用。结论 :丹参酮 A可抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕组织增生。

Objective:To observe the effect of tanshinone ⅡA on hypertrophic scars of rabbit ears.Methods:Rabbit ears were used to eatablish animal models for hypertrophic scars.The hypertrophic scars were injected intralesionally with tanshinone ⅡA of different strengths or normal saline on the 21 st day,and were biopsied for the calculation of hypertrophic index and histological examination on the 28 th day.Results:There was a negative correlation between tanshinone ⅡA concentrations and hypertrophic indexes.Tanshinone ⅡA inhibited the fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis.Conclusion:It is suggested that tanshinone ⅡA could have an inhibitive effect on hypertrophic scars of rabbit ears.
