摘要
目的 :观察长期低铅暴露对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :将 1 2 0只幼年小鼠分成 6组 ,分别给予含有不同剂量的铅饲料 8周 ,观察分析铅暴露后小鼠 T细胞亚群 CD+ 4、CD+ 8的分布、血清 TNF-α含量 ,并测定小鼠脾脏系数。结果 :各组血铅随铅的暴露剂量升高而升高 ;T细胞亚群分布异常、CD+ 4减少与 CD+ 4/CD+ 8降低 ,并随各组血铅浓度的升高而减少 ;各组脾脏系数与对照组比较差异均有显著性。结论 :长期铅暴露可使细胞免疫功能和免疫器官的结构受损。
Objective:To observe the effect of long term exposure to low level of lead on cellular immune function in mice.Methods:One hundred and twenty mice were randomly divided into 6 groups;of them,one group were reared on normal feed,while the remaining 5 groups were fed with lead of different strengths.Serum level of lead and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) α,T lymphocyte subsets and spleen index were measured after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:Serum lead level gained with the increase of exposure dosage of lead;whereas the number of CD + 4 cells,the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 and serum TNE α concentration decreased with the growth of serum level of lead.There was an obvious difference in spleen index between control group and treatment group.Conclusion:It is suggested that long term lead exposure,even at a relatively low level could impair the cell mediated immunity and immune organ.
