摘要
目的 :探讨皮肤角质形成细胞肿瘤中增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达及其与肿瘤转移的关系。方法 :用 ABC免疫组化技术观察48例皮肤鳞状细胞癌 (SCC)、41例基底细胞癌 (BCC)及 1 5例角化棘皮瘤 (KA)手术切除标本。结果 :PCNA在 SCC中的表达明显高于 BCC及 KA(P<0 .0 1 ) ,但其在 BCC与 KA中的表达差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)。 PCNA在低分化 SCC中的表达明显高于高分化者 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,但其表达在淋巴结转移组与无转移组之间的差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :PCNA在 SCC、BCC及 KA中的表达差异有非常显著性 ;其表达与 SCC的分化程度有关 ,但与淋巴结转移似无关。
Objective:To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)in keratinocyte derived tumors of the skin and its relation to metastasis.Methods:Expression of PCNA was observed by ABC immunohistochemical technique in 48 cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas(SCCs),41 basal cell carcinomas(BCCs)and 15 keratoacanthomas(KAs).Results:Though the expression of PCNA in SCCs was much higher than that in BCCs and KAs( P <0.01),there was no obvious difference in PCNA expression between BCCs and KAs( P >0.05).PCNA expression in poorly differentiated SCCs was superior to that in highly differentiated ones.( P <0.01),but it was no clear difference in SCCs with or without lymph node metastasis ( P >0.05).Conclusion:There exists a differential expression of PCNA in SCC,BCC and KA.PCNA expression could be related to the degree of differentiation.and not pertained to lymph node metastasis in SCC.
