摘要
教师良好的人格特征在教书育人的过程中会表现为一种独特的魅力,对全面提高学生的综合素质起着最直接的示范和导向作用。一个好教师应当是人格魅力与学识水平和谐统一的。教师的人格魅力应包括奉献教育的责任心、对学生博爱的胸怀、以身作则和为人师表、团结协作的精神和创新人格等。
The feature of teachers' moral quality can display a unique charm in the course of their teaching. This plays a direct and guiding role in improving students' comprehensive quality all-sidedly. A good teacher should have a moral charm as well as a wide range of knowledge. Teachers' moral quality includes responsibility for education, broad mind to students, being a paragon of virtue and learning, the spirit of cooperation and creative consciousness.
