摘要
英语语用失误是人们在用英语进行交际过程中常出现的现象,近年来己愈来愈受到我国外语界的重视。语用失误可分为语用———语言失误和社交语用失误两种。语用失误的出现往往被对方视为缺乏礼貌或不友好,从而导致交际失败。在英语教学中,我们应转变教学观念,重视文化教学和学生交际能力的培养,以提高学生的语用能力,减少跨文化交际中的语用失误。
EnglishPragmaticfailureis a commonphenomenonthatappearsin theprocessof communicationin English.PeopleinEnglishcircleshavepaidmoreandmoreattentionto it.Therearetwokindsof pragmaticfailures:pragmatic-failure andsocial-pragmaticfailure.Pragmaticfailureis oftenthoughtof as beingimpoliteor unfriendlyby theotherparty.Hence,it willleadto failureincommunication.InEnglishteaching,we shouldchangethetraditionalteachingconcepts,attachimportance to teachingcultureandthetrainingof students,communicativecompetence,inorderto improvetheirpragmaticcompetenceand reducethepragmaticfailuretheymadeinintercultural.
