浅议新时期高校教师信息能力的培养

A Discussion of University Teachers' Ability to Use Information in New Era

信息能力是高校教师的必备能力,文章分析了当前高校教师在信息获取中存在的问题,阐述了教师获取信息的方法与途径,提出了教师要主动适应教学科研发展的要求,图书馆也要为教师的信息获取能力的培养提供条件,在教师教学科研上,图书馆应主动加强教师的信息意识兴趣的培养,在书目、信息咨询、上机检索等方面都给予指导帮助。

University teachers are required to develop the ability to make use of information. Faced with some difficulties in using information, teachers should overcome them in order to meet the demand of academic and teaching work. At the same time, libraries should play an active role in improving their ability to use information.
