摘要
实行专业技术职务竞争聘任制度,是摆在各高校面前的重要任务。目前大部分高校积极探索竞争聘任的路子,但个别高校仍存在着思想认识、岗位设置、量化考核、配套政策等未到位问题。为此,应做好思想工作,为实行竞聘制减震减压;科学设置岗位为实行竞聘制打好基础;实行聘约管理,从制度上规范竞聘制;加强岗位考核;巩固深化竞聘制;呼唤配套措施为实行竞聘制提供保障。
It's an important task for universities to practice the professional competent appointment system. But most universities meet with the problems, such as the conception, place arrangement, quantities evaluation and auxiliary strategies. Much research should be done to fulfill the complex project-ideological work, scientific place management, contract management, achievement evaluation and so on.
