沥青路面结构在非均布荷载作用下的三维有限元分析 被引量:26

摘要 轮胎与路面的接地形状更接近于矩形 ,且对路面的作用力也呈现出非均匀分布。采用三维有限元分析工具 ,分析了不同的沥青路面结构在不同车型及其不同荷载量、不同作用力分布形式下的力学响应分析。结果表明 :荷载的非均布特性对沥青路面结构的力学影响 ,要远大于均匀分布 ;从受剪特性来看 ,轻型货车对路面结构的影响 ,特别是当其超载时 ,是不容忽视的 ;路面结构的弯沉值并不能反映出路面结构的抗剪能力 ,相反 ,当路表弯沉越小 ,表现出路面整体强度越强时 ,其面层所承受的最大剪应力可能更大。 The contact shape between tire and road surface is more similar to a rectangle,and the pressure is non uniform distributed.A three dimensional finite element analysis method was utilized to analyze the stress response of different vehicles, different levels of loads and different pressure distributed in different asphalt pavement structure.As analysis results showing,the mechanics response of asphalt pavement structure caused by non uniform distributed load is more serious than the one caused by uniform distributed load. As far as the burdening shear stress be concerned, light truck has great influence on pavement structure especially for over load cases,which shouldn't be ignored.The surface deflection can't reflect shear carrying capacity of pavement structure,instead,the maximum surface shear stress can be much larger becauce of the increase of the whole pavement strength.
