建筑物外墙饰面砖粘贴质量的红外热像检测试验研究

Study of infrared thermography in non-destructive testing of building finish

简要介绍了红外热像法的原理及在土木工程中的潜在应用,重点研究了建筑物外墙饰面砖粘贴质量检测的红外热像法,详述了试验模型、测试方法及影响测试结果的因素,特别讨论了环境因素对试验结果的影响。试验结果表明,该方法是可行的。

The principle and usage scope in civil engineering of infrared thermography are introduced in this paper.The application in detecting the debonded ceramic tiles on a building finish is emphasis.The mode of the test and the method of inspection are showed in detail,as well as the factors affecting the result.And the factor of environment affecting on the conclusion is especially emphasized.The survey results prove this method is available.
